PROCESSING TIME

As you well know, custom elements take a long time to complete. I will make every effort to ship your item as soon as possible. Our current delivery time is approx. 5 to 7 days, but this may vary depending on our current workload. Add 2 to 3 additional days for delivery to Canada.

LAST MINUTE ORDERS

If you need an order earlier than our current processing time, please contact us BEFORE the purchase, for the availability of urgent orders. Please do not order a sign and leave a note in the "notes to the seller" section, telling us that you need your order sooner than the expected processing time. We are not able to read all the notes we receive because we are working on orders.

COMMUNICATION

DELAYS OF DELIVERY

We ship with Canada Post or the carrier of our choice, but we do not guarantee delivery in 2 to 3 days. Most orders do it on time, but sometimes a package is delayed for unknown reasons. If we have fulfilled our obligations on our side and in case the carrier delays your order, there will be NO refund, store credit, etc. Please note that if your order indicates "Delivered" with USPS or Canada Post, declare that you have not received it, no refund will be granted. RETURNS

Gifts

Events - Events will be sent on request only. If no proof is requested on the order, we will complete the article with your information in the style indicated in the list. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with a font or layout and have not requested a proof, we will not replace your order for free. We offer a discount of 50% on new orders.

Once the order has been placed, it is sent directly to the processing. No changes can be made after the order. Changes include, but are not limited to, information (names, date), colors, or shipping information. If you send us an e-mail with a change and the item has not been completed, you can buy another item and cancel the initial sale.

We are sorry to inform you that we are no longer able to send you a photo of the finished product you ordered.

Occasionally, a customer may misspell a name or give an incorrect date on their order. We are often asked if we can solve this problem if the article is returned to us. The short answer is "maybe", however, it is generally more difficult to correct an item than to create a new one. For this reason, we offer a discount to cover the cost of buying a new item.
